A fantastic local game store with plenty of room to play whether it’s for the posted theme nights/events as well people just coming in casually to play some MtG or tabletop games. I don’t really write reviews but PHG deserves it for the way this store has felt like that third place where I can meet up with friends or just play casually with some of the regulars if I feel like it. Brian and the rest of the staff are always super helpful. I usually buy at least something small to support the store, but I’ve never felt any pressure to buy anything as a condition of being in the space and I think that goes a long way to making the environment as inviting as it is so that when I am looking to buy a booster box of cards or a deck storage box or whatever larger purchase I know I’m gonna get it from them. I’ve even waited until they had specific single cards in stock just because it felt right to get it from them. There’s other stores with fancier little details and different offerings, but this store is where my friends and I return again and again for the welcoming community and the friendly atmosphere. Unlike other stores that funnel MtG commander games into specific nights there’s basically always some people down to play there, but I’m always catching glimpses of groups of people coming in to play different board games or warhammer, D&D groups meeting up, as well as meetups for Lorcana, Pokémon, yiu gi oh, etc.
This place is incredible! The Final Fantasy MTG release finally got me to play Magic, much to the delight if my wife who had been trying for years. I have been to a lot of shops in search of cards and while looking on the Magic companion app I saw they were running a draft event for the FF set. Me and my wife showed up to play and while we barely had enough people to draft I had fun, learned to build a deck and walked out with some good cards. We then returned for an even meant for new players to learn deck building and while no one else showed up my wife sat down in the shop with all my cards and helped me with the basics of deck building. The people running the shop were awesome, and for the learning event really went out of their way to set me up with a few promo cards. They have a vast selection of MTG, Pokémon and YuGi Oh cards as well as Warhammer, D&D and loads of board games. Plenty of space and tables to set up and play games at and they sell some snacks. You can also buy single cards which me and wife did on our second visit. If you are looking for a nice spacious shop with lots of cards and other table top gaming supplies, I would highly recommend them. Also again, shout out to the people working here for being some warm and welcoming.
The absolute best collectible shop run by the most honest and pleasant owner you'll ever meet. My daughter started gaming very recently, and I started her on with a pink DS from Jesse, and he threw in for her a copy of Franklin for free. She LOVED it, and it was just simple enough to help her learn the basics of pattern recognition without the pressures of losing. Now she's a better gamer than her mom (don't tell my wife I said that 😂) I also trusted him to hook me up with some pokemon cards to get myself and my daughter started on our collection, as well as a new Switch lite as a gift to my daughter for finishing her first year of school so well. He hooked me up with some amazing art cards (One of such shown) and an amazing switch lite with a case (also shown). All these prices have been super fair, as well. Jesse and Peak Collectibles are my first stop for anything I'm looking for, because it's just a pleasant experience every single time.

This store is more of a tourney store over regular products and singles. Singles stock can vary and either have alot of stuff or nothing at all. Whenever I have mentioned the empty singles area for pokemon its usually met with eye rolling or negative attitude. If you aren't there when they get new stock do not expect to find much its a toss up if youll find anything. I visit random days as I do want to buy singles and go out of my way to try and get them as its a local store. A lot of the other reviews mention some rude employees or those that end up wasting your time which I've had happen a couple of time but I still returned. Lots of room to play and it does get packed for some games not all. Varying experiences for sure and if youre a regular that either plays or spends alot here you'll be treated great otherwise a toss up. One of the better stores to play at while product availability can vary drastically. Parking in the area is not the best either pay for parking or try and find any which is usually taken 90% of the time.
