Place was nice and organized. They had a good selection on most of what you’d be looking for too. Only issue is that I was in for about 10 minutes when the guy working said to me, and the couple others in there, that we only had 15 more minutes because he needs to eat. This was about 4 o’clock. I get it, you need to eat, but come on. I drove out from the Palm Springs area, not the workers problem, and I wanted to spend time and buy some stuff. I called in the morning and was told they closed at 6. Guy was nice, but make your breaks known to people. If I knew you had to close the store for a break I would have made sure to come not during those times. Long story short, I bought a few cards I had already put to the side, within the 10 minutes I was there, and left. I went to a different card store and spent the time and money there. Just make your hours known to the public…

Newer shop that popped up on my social media so I drove across town to check em out. Decent inventory for being so new. Shop was immaculately clean and organized. Prices are about standard for a local card shop but the guys working there were the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever seen in a card shop. I literally did not plan on buying anything but after sitting around talking sports and Pokemon with them I ended up picking up a couple nice singles after all!
Probably the best place for playing/collecting Yugioh cards. David is the owner and he is super friendly and makes you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in. He even offered me a free soda and to just hang out. They just moved to a new spot which is bigger and has several tables to let people duel. The collection of singles is amazing and their prices are fair. I rather support a local business trying to bring the community together to play a fun game then a random online shop. This is a also a locals official store so come out and play on tournament days, and they also do free play. Ive been in twice and bought several cards to help update my deck and both times the place was packed with friendly people dueling and trading cards. Fridays you get 25% off singles, what an amazing deal! Bottom line, if you play/collect yugioh come visit San Ysidro games. There is always someone to duel and a great place to hang out and look at their great collection of cards. I live in east county and this store is a bit of a drive for me, but its totally worth it.
Owners are very knowledgeable and want the local community to be active. They host lots of events for various card games and if you don't see something you're looking for, just let them know and they get it in promptly. Great spot!

Their selection is insanely massive. So much so that I had to express it to the sales clerk. He gave us some info on how the shop came to be, and that it was his uncle's collection of many years and with all the trade ins they recieve, they're opening a new shop. The prices are reasonable and they very clearly recieve no trade ins almost daily! I've seen a lot of collector items here too. Despite being the shelves being filled to the brim, the organization is great. Would love to come back on our next trip!
