What a hidden gem! Last month, while my sons and I were getting our car tinted at SunStoppers, we noticed Big Dog Comics store across the street and decided to check it out while we waited. The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the collection! You can tell the owner has a deep passion for comics, figures, and collectibles he has so much to offer, it’s like walking into a treasure trove. We honestly spent hours there. We just couldn’t leave! Now before anyone rushes to judge — yes, the shop might seem messy at first glance. But please be mindful: the owner and his wife are incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly put their heart into what they do. Life can get busy, and when you’ve got a collection this massive, organizing every single piece is a challenge. But trust me — the magic is still there. To top it all off, the owner knew some sign language, which made our visit even more special. That small connection meant a lot to us. We left with a bag full of comics, hot wheels, figures and smiles on our faces. We’ll definitely be back and we highly recommend you check it out too.
