We've been going here for a few months now. Its one person running the whole store so there are lunch hours and if the store will be closed its announced why on the Facebook. The store and the manager and customers are all super helpful, answering my million questions and making us feel welcome. There is general light hearted joking and assistance with making whatever you wanna build a reality. You can take a little class on building, painting, or even playing or all three at once! You can pick up minis to build, or plush or other gifts for your warhammer nerd. There's even books you can read! For those just starting out? Ask about the battle honors program. It's an amazing way to introduce yourself into the world of mini building and wargaming. All and all this is an amazing place to go to begin or continue your hobby.

Official Warhammer store. They have warhammer products. They have a single employee that knows the product well and is a good teacher. Their one employee is good with kids (and adults). They aren't open late, which is good if you are trying to maintain the idea that your kids go to school or do homework, instead of just playing warhammer all day every day. I think that's responsible. Good air conditioning in the summer. They don't mind if you want to show up and paint. The employee is very chill, in my opinion, which makes for a good painting atmosphere. They do not stock the complete GW product line (and not reasonable to expect they would). They have a computer in the back where you can order GW that isn't in store, and they offer free shipping for in-store pick up. Gaming space-wise, they have enough space for maybe 5 games of combat patrol or kill team games, but no more than 2 full size games of 40k or age of sigmar. There's no table reservation or table rental cost. The store maintains a facebook group, which is the best place to see the store's schedule updates, because, again, they have just the one employee, so if his kids are sick, the store might not be open and their employee is good about updating the facebook group with schedule updates. This store is a good part of the local community.
Went here Saturday at 1:30pm and the store was completely empty. My local hobby shop has 3 or 4 games going on during the weekend with another guy running a combat patrol or demo to new people. This store should be trying to promote the hobby but instead you have a guy at the register that couldn't be bothered to help the only person in the store.
