This Warhammer store in Modesto offers a great hobby adventure for those who love models, games, paint, & books. The store manager, Austin, goes above and beyond expectations for his customers. From teaching us how to paint and sharing information on products we are interested in, to discussing next steps for projects such as new armies and kill teams, Austin has fostered a very good atmosphere and carries a large Warhammer 40K and Age of Sigmar (& more) model and Citadel Colour paint selection. The store has a very friendly and welcoming vibe and conversations full or lore and laughter. We'd give more stars if we could; Thanks Austin @ Warhammer Modesto!
We've been going here for a few months now. Its one person running the whole store so there are lunch hours and if the store will be closed its announced why on the Facebook. The store and the manager and customers are all super helpful, answering my million questions and making us feel welcome. There is general light hearted joking and assistance with making whatever you wanna build a reality. You can take a little class on building, painting, or even playing or all three at once! You can pick up minis to build, or plush or other gifts for your warhammer nerd. There's even books you can read! For those just starting out? Ask about the battle honors program. It's an amazing way to introduce yourself into the world of mini building and wargaming. All and all this is an amazing place to go to begin or continue your hobby.

My wife and I finally stepped into We Geek Together for the first time—and we regret not doing it sooner! This store, which we’d passed countless times in the Provo mall, is a genuine hidden gem. We went in looking for a fun weeknight activity and ended up leaving with a Dungeons & Dragons Starter Set, a complete package that lets new players jump right into a game. What truly impressed us was the staff. They were patient, genuinely helpful, and offered great suggestions for total beginners. The atmosphere was so welcoming and low-pressure that we ended up staying much longer than we planned just soaking it in. Crucially, the staff never once made us feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. This positive environment clearly extends to their customers. Another group of players immediately invited us to watch their ongoing campaign, and we had a great time laughing with them. That spontaneous, positive experience led us to book seats for one of their one-shot games (a short, self-contained campaign) the very next night. Our Dungeon Master and fellow players were just as welcoming and helpful. It’s clear that We Geek Together is truly focused on building a community, not just making sales. We are now enthusiastic about supporting this business simply by continuing to shop there.

It's a small local shop. there are new location is awesome.There's good ac in there.And a few tables to play war hammer, plenty of tables to play cards.And stuff like that. the selection for the war hammer stuff is not massive, but anything that you request.He will order for you.Give you a call when it shows up and you don't even have to pay for it until it gets there. very legit

This has had an insane amount of inventory and that’s because it’s all overpriced. Every. Single. Pokemon. Item. In that shop is marked up even $20-$500 over market value. Do not shop here. Do not waste your money. Plenty of other reasonable shops or even eBay to shop at. I’d support a whatnot streamer over these guys. Oh and if you want to TRADE, they will only offer you 70% for trade value (standard is 80-90%). I could not imagine what they’d give for cash value. Probably 35%. Absurdity. Do not support this shop. Edit: you say you are happy to reevaluate your prices. Wrong. I went in a asked for a re price on a Sabrina’s gym heroes theme deck. The latest sales have been between $450 and $500 and you have it priced at $600. I asked if I could get it for less than your sticker due to the latest sales. The response from you employee was that they need to stick strong to their price since THERES NO ACTIVE EBAY LISTINGS. WOW. You have so much product because it’s all overpriced and no one actually wants to walk out with anything. And if they do they are unaware of how badly you’re screwing them over And no you are no among the highest in the state for offering a fair trade value because 70% is highway robbery. Plenty of other stores, Collectors Corner in Bellevue and Seattle and Next Level Games in Everett offer wayyyyyyyyy better trade value. You guys are scummy and only care about the buyers money. Money money money. You do not value collectors and when the pokemon market finally crashes I hope you lose everything. Go back to sports cards and quit being terrible for our community. We don’t need more people like you in Pokemon right now.
