With a friendly and knowledgeable staff, a clean and safe play area, and the most popular and newest games at the best prices around, it’s hard to imagine going anywhere else. Pretty great place. Ppl are friendly. They have THE best selection of paints, magnets, basing accessories I've ever seen in a game store. Every time I come up this way I re up my magnet stock and always end up finding something else cool for basing/models. They have a good card selection for all the major games. They have other games. They also have great accessories for card games. They have a large play area. I do wish they had a public restroom. I dropped a few hundred dollars and spent over an hour there and my kid and I had to drive across the street to go take a leak. Otherwise the place was great.

Place was nice and organized. They had a good selection on most of what you’d be looking for too. Only issue is that I was in for about 10 minutes when the guy working said to me, and the couple others in there, that we only had 15 more minutes because he needs to eat. This was about 4 o’clock. I get it, you need to eat, but come on. I drove out from the Palm Springs area, not the workers problem, and I wanted to spend time and buy some stuff. I called in the morning and was told they closed at 6. Guy was nice, but make your breaks known to people. If I knew you had to close the store for a break I would have made sure to come not during those times. Long story short, I bought a few cards I had already put to the side, within the 10 minutes I was there, and left. I went to a different card store and spent the time and money there. Just make your hours known to the public…
The shop itself is nice, the prices aren’t the worst either compared to others in the area. I want to like this store so bad, but all 3 separate times I’ve come in even after calling before hand to do trades the person I spoke with was rude on every occasion. First time I came in was a Wednesday where I was told I have to come back Thursdays and Fridays for trades. Fair enough I thought. So I come back the very next day and it’s the same employee they had bulk cards they were putting in the system so once again I get asked to come back in a couple hours, come back and it’s still too busy. Mind you during all this the guy behind the counter is being extremely rude. I call the follow day on a Friday a nice girl answers and says yes come on in, I come and get shut down again because “they are too busy” with no one else even in the store. I came at opening which isn’t until 2pm. Forced me to take my business elsewhere instead of shop the store in my town that I’d like to support. Also I wanted to trade these things towards a store credit to buy more products and get cool pulls!! Just kind of seems like they don’t care for your business. The first experience I shared with what I thought was the owner was pleasant and he was super nice. But the guy with the black longer hair is not nice and just standoffish won’t even make eye contact with you and brushes you off
