Preordered a very desired product and was very impressed with the pricing. Everything was packaged perfectly and shipped quickly. I don't have a "local" gaming store so The Game Store really will be living up to its name for me. They've also got a great selection and good pricing for mini paint.
This was the halfway point between a friend and I. The shop keepers were so extremely kind and patient with us as we hung out in store showing off our cards to each other. We were probably extremely annoying since we were so hyped up but they were always kind and had reasonable prices on single packs foe us to rip together in store! Plus a great selection of Pokemon singles, even a few I was missing from my modern era binder. Will def come back again when we're this way. Amazing staff, great store, great selection and great location! Thank you for being so patient with my friend and I today!
A great place for any of your gaming needs! It's clean and spacious play area has room for miniatures or tons of card tables. Great selections of minis, board games, or TCG singles! The staff is all friendly and happy to see you. They always go out of their way to ensure customers have a great experience. They've earned my business and I hope they stick around for years to come.
They only have one kiosk for looking through their inventory, and the employee at the counter was more interested in the anime playing on his computer than helping people in the line, for said kiosk, that was starting to form and wrap around the aisles. Sure, you could use their website to place an order, but their WIFI requires you to give them your email and download an app. They charge a premium for inferior service. Also, the custom commander banlist that they created is really stupid, and feels like the owner's personal vendetta against playstyles that he doesn't like.

They do extremely marked up prices on release date of products. Kinda annoying when most other local tcg stores sell close to MSRP for new MTG sets and when I got there they had it listed for more than double MSRP. Much higher then even tcg player average on release day. I get the need for a business to make money but more then double MSRP on release is extreme when other local stores like Atomic empire and Game theory do MSRP or mark up 10-20 dollars AT MOST. Never going there for a release day product again. I want to support local card shops but I don't want to pay CONSIDERABLY more then what I can pay online when other card shops are not doing this. Idk if it was a one off with final fantasy hype but they lost me as a customer for new releases by trying to pull that markup. (If specifics needed: Final fantasy gift bundle was 200 or 210 on release day here. The MSRP was 90. Tcg prices on the day was 160 with shipping). I am still giving them 3 stars though since they have an excellent selection of singles and and a very good selection of packs to rip. They even have a bunch of older packs on sale and the prices for singles and packs were reasonable. I heard good things about playing here for casual night but the parking situation is not great. I stop by for singles but that's about it.
