Balance is one of my favorite LGS’ in Tampa Bay. Staff are friendly and efficient and the space is comfortable and clean. And the prices are very fair in my opinion. Those complaining that they are scalpers don’t understand how this industry works. Does Walmart, Amazon and TCGplayer provide you a free space to play games and be part of a community? Do they host events? Do they take the time to teach new players how to play? That is the value your local LGS provides. If you can’t see that then you’re truly better off supporting the multi-billion dollar corporations that don’t care about you.

Jeff the owner greeted me, welcomed me in, showed me around and was very friendly. I was searching for a place where I could invite some people locally for some board games and saw they have a great space for it. They also have great prices for what I was looking for. I will be visiting again.

What a hidden gem! Last month, while my sons and I were getting our car tinted at SunStoppers, we noticed Big Dog Comics store across the street and decided to check it out while we waited. The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the collection! You can tell the owner has a deep passion for comics, figures, and collectibles he has so much to offer, it’s like walking into a treasure trove. We honestly spent hours there. We just couldn’t leave! Now before anyone rushes to judge — yes, the shop might seem messy at first glance. But please be mindful: the owner and his wife are incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly put their heart into what they do. Life can get busy, and when you’ve got a collection this massive, organizing every single piece is a challenge. But trust me — the magic is still there. To top it all off, the owner knew some sign language, which made our visit even more special. That small connection meant a lot to us. We left with a bag full of comics, hot wheels, figures and smiles on our faces. We’ll definitely be back and we highly recommend you check it out too. Whether you're a collector or just browsing, you’re guaranteed to find something you’ll love.
Clean, spacious and friendly. A great spot for all of your trading card needs. They have everything from Pokemon to OnePiece to Unikn Arena. They also have a great selection of tabletop games like Warhammer and Sigmar. One of the better local game shops that is not cluttered to the gills with inventory.
