
Been coming here for a while as I’ve wanted to support my LGS but no longer. The owner just doesn’t know how to give good customer support. The majority of the time when I call with stock questions he comes across annoyed and acts like I’ve inconvenienced him. I end the call bewildered and disappointed in my interaction with him and hoping the next time I call will go better. It doesn’t. Going to the store itself is also very uncomfortable as you’ll be watched closely much of the time. I understand you have to protect your product but there has to be a happy medium. I honestly feel like I’m a POI as soon as I walk in and don’t want to spend anymore time there than is necessary. It’s a shame considering all the money I’ve spent.
I remember buying my first pack of Pokémon cards as a kid back in 98'... I'm almost 40 now and still shop here! Great customer service, knowledgeable employees, and a staple in Killeen.
