I had a an issue with an employee with one of my purchases ! Selling opening displays and refusing to refund or exchange them ! I was unsatisfied with Sergio’s work ethic and manners however the manager handled it professionally and with kindness ! Respectfully admitted the mistake made and made the situation 100% better and a satisfied customer ! I will continue to purchase from here thanks to the mangers efforts at running a proper buisness ! Chalice Collectibles is a incredible store in the Santa Anita mall that have a big selection of Funko toys from t.v,cartoons,movies,anime and much more. Including hard to find Funko collectibles you can find at the store. I need to come back again to more other hard to find Funko toys.

Love it here! The prices are decent and the staff was friendly. Their variety is amazing. It's very spacious so that a plus in my book.
