Such an awesome shop with the best staff. We have been twice now and both times got a warm welcome. Took all 4 of our kids in, my son (9 years old) used his money to buy his big sister a pokemon card. The guy working acknowledged that and ended up giving him a free pack since they didn't have his favorite pokemon on hand. He was over the moon and in awe by the time we got to the car. He told me he thought that only happens on YouTube (😅) I can't thank the guy working enough. Such a positive and supporting environment for kids and adults alike. We will definitely be back!

Very cool shop, so much stuff to look at its insane. I took my two boys there, 12-year-old and 8-year-old, and all I heard the entire time was Ahhh Dad Look!!!! Lol Great environment, super chill staff, fair prices. I highly recommend checking Charlie's out, especially if you are into retro nostalgia and pokémon.
I stopped by this shop yesterday to pick up some Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, and I had an awesome experience. The owner was very patient and helpful while going through a bunch of cards with me to work out a deal. Later on, when I realized there had been a mix-up, I reached out, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was made right. He was completely understanding and professional throughout the whole process. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Great shop and an even better shop owner—I’ll definitely be coming back!
