I noticed other reviews mentioning poor customer service and higher prices compared to online options and nearby card shops. While I understand overhead costs can make prices a bit higher, my experience with the service was disappointing. My fiancé and I drove all the way from Fort Worth—a pretty long drive—and were excited to check the place out. The shop wasn’t busy at all, maybe three other customers inside, yet we spent over 15–20 minutes browsing without a single greeting or offer of help from any employee. For a specialty store, I expected a more welcoming and attentive experience.

This is the best card shop!! The environment is extremely welcoming and everyone is very down to earth. The staff, especially Jinson, Lawrence, and Krystn, were incredibly helpful and made the experience so much fun. Everyone is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and it was great to share the excitement as I was pulling Sps!! The shop created a welcoming vibe, and I can’t wait to come back for more openings. Highly recommend for anyone that loves shiny cardboard!! ✨️
Great atmosphere. I came at a busier time, but the staff was super friendly and attentive. Great selection of products at competitive prices. I really enjoyed the store and will definitely be back.
