Placed an order online for singles yesterday, and immediately called to check how long it would take to fill the order as I needed them this afternoon for an event. I was told by a lady on the phone she had a few orders ahead of me, but would get it finished and worst case I could pick them up when they open in the morning when they opened. I let her know that was fine and I would be by when they opened. I arrived 30-40 mins after opening to pick them up on my way to the event. The store was not busy. Was told by the guy there they aren't ready. It looked like she started it but there were 15 cards still (which is how many I ordered). I asked how long it would take and was told 20 mins. I had to cancel the order as I didn't have time to wait. I've had the worst luck with this store with orders. It's been either the inventory is incorrect (multiple occasions) and they had to remove a part of the order or this situation. 😒😮‍💨.
