Bought a sealed booster box (36 packs). The customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is always inviting. But the quality of the sealed purchase was poor. Six of the code cards were blank. We got some good pulls, but all the nice pulls we got contained printing errors. One booster pack was totally opened on the bottom, but it still had the correct number of cards inside the pack. We have never seen so many printing errors than this box and feel so disappointed in this purchase. Photos are posted with examples of misprints and blank code cards. We don't plan on buying sealed products here anymore. We do like buying single used cards here, and will continue to do so. Great prices and they have a large amount to choose from for both playing and collecting. You can purchase online and pickup your cards when it's ready.
Our first visit was amazing. We were asked if we had questions multiple times in our short visit by different staff. The general manager ended up talking with us the most and was eager to answer any questions we had about our games of interest. They all were encouraging and friendly and seemed to love games and game events. It took a bit to recognize their price scanners but we figured out how to handle pricing everything. The store layout is excellently and though jam packed, it has a nice flow to it that draws you into the shop.
Gatehouse Games is a great place to go and pick up your hobby and gaming supplies. Tim, the owner, is super nice and he knows the games he sells (and then some). If you have someone who is starting out, stop in there. You'll like it.

Nice gaming store. They have tables set up for events such as magic the gathering commander, modern and legacy formats. The young gentleman who usually runs the events is cool. This is a great local gaming spot for all your trading card game needs.
July 2025 Update: The store has shown great growth in our little community in the past year. Store does buying/selling singles for pokemon, MTG, and currently working on taking in UA, Digimon, and One Piece. Store is getting into offical tournament and challenge events in their respected TCG. Everyone that plays in store are welcoming and take in new players if they're brand new to the game. Seal product vary in pokemon, MTG, One Piece, and the niche card games coming up from Japan. Old review: Store has a very good selection of all Pokemon product, but no singles. They do carry One Piece and DBZ In the glass display. GREAT pricing on most product. Will continue bringing my business here.
