





Absolutely horrible customer service and team members. Will take your broken products “fix them” sell them for way more than what it’s worth and trade you something broken. And don’t expect to get your money back because the “transaction is close” gave us a $20 store credit… we gave it to the kid behind us because we will never be going back

Clean store, but don’t test the games before they sell them during a 8 Hour Drive home. 20 minutes down the road find one of the games is faulty already. Drove all the way back, only had to be required to pay even more money out-of-pocket to exchange for another game. Clearly, there are gaming systems to test these games so no reason to have a faulty game out for sale
