The clerks were friendly and helpful, the trade-in and cash outs were reasonable, the selection of games,movies,music cds, and assorted collectibles were very good.

And don’t expect to get your money back because the “transaction is close” gave us a $20 store credit… we gave it to the kid behind us because we will never be going back

Employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable very professional. They re consistently upbeat and welcoming. Store is clean, organized and well stocked with a wide selection of older and newer games. I go for the TCG cards, and have spent many hours sorting thru the big selection of bulk cards. Prices are great, particularly the TCG cards, highly recommend visiting.
