My family and I went to this store in multiple occasions with store hours being open and no one was there. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional from a consumer standpoint. Management needs to revamp there processes and access the needs of consumers that are there market. They get mad when people don’t show up, and wonder why. People want to invest into our products the least you can do is have updated store hours. A Facebook post simply isn’t enough. Update store hours and let one know instead of getting people’s hopes up during OPEN hours and doors are locked.

This is the worst pre-order experience that I've ever had with any card shop in my 12 years plus collecting. Do not pre-order from this store. They will dodge your calls, I'm pretty sure they blocked my number when I was being respectful and considerate after they still couldn't provide me with an update on my pre-order 1 month after the products release. While the shop may not entirely be a scam, they are taking advantage of the trading card market conditions and utilizing people's preorder money. I hope the owner of the store reads this, because I will be reaching out to the AGs office. I won't be spending a penny with this shop ever again and It is my recommendation that you do not either.
