My family and I went to this store in multiple occasions with store hours being open and no one was there. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional from a consumer standpoint. Management needs to revamp there processes and access the needs of consumers that are there market. They get mad when people don’t show up, and wonder why. People want to invest into our products the least you can do is have updated store hours. A Facebook post simply isn’t enough. Update store hours and let one know instead of getting people’s hopes up during OPEN hours and doors are locked.

Every time I have ever gone it’s closed during “open” hours. Ridiculous is an understatement.

Disappointed in this place. I understand this place is family owned, but if your hours on Google say your open on the weekends then you should be open on the weekends. Literally showed up around 1:30pm and the doors were locked.
