Eagle River Gun Cache is hands down one of the best gun shops I’ve ever been to. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and patient - they take the time to answer questions and make sure you’re confident in your purchase. Their selection is impressive, with fair prices on both new and used firearms, and they carry all the accessories you could need. The shop has a welcoming, no-pressure atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable whether you’re a first-time buyer or an experienced gun owner. It’s clear these folks care about their customers and about doing things the right way. I left feeling not only satisfied with my purchase, but also confident that I’ll be coming back again and again. Highly recommended.

NO POKEMON, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME I had been excited to go down to Glacier games for awhile now and made a special trip across town to go look and see what they had for loose Pokemon cards. The dude in there looks me up and down, scoffs when I ask to see them and says “I'm just sick of cleaning up my boxes, they always get thrashed. They’re all online if you want to see what we have.” Okayy……. *pulls up their TERRIBLE website* It doesn’t work on mobile, like at all. Like don't even waste your time trying to go there and see how bad it is, it just DOES NOT WORK. So like, you have cards, but they’re all online, but you don't have a computer to use there either, you’re rude as heck, your website doesn’t work at all, and your hours are inconsistent?? I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there in the past, helped clean up and re-organize those “thrashed boxes” and even spoke well of glacier in the past. Not anymore. Never again. If you want very rude and judgmental service, sure try here. To the owners: that website is SOOOOO BAD, like almost couldn’t be worse. Good luck and good job alienating a whole market.

Owners were welcoming and nice. Came to buy some products and a local was nice enough to give me his spot in line to purchase the last box. Not MSRP, but fairly priced. Can't wait to play and buy from here again!!

This card shop uses market pricing for new releases, which in the card world, is boosted by scalpers and terrible online buying practice (Wizards, et em). Since I have never owned a card shop, I don't want to bash this card store specifically, because most do it, but I wish it wasn't true. Local card stores are the consumers access point to the product we all love and cherish. In my mind, at least sell products to your local enthusiasts at MSRP for a few weeks before jacking prices up. Local people support your store and community, support them too. I hope the card market can reshape itself.
