I really love the selection! I do think they charge too much for many things, though. Especially, the used gear. I love the sustainable element of their mission.

These folks failed on customer service. Bought a brand new bike and the first time the brake was used the line popped off. Brought it in less than 24 hours after the purchase and they quoted $80 to fix it. The bike shop down the road fixed for half and confirmed that it broke because it had never been tightened in the first place.

The place is great, but it seemed like someone was trying to keep people out—making excuses and blaming it on someone mentioning they were disabled. That kind of behavior goes against basic civil rights.
