Saw an article about this shop's reopening, so my husband and I decided to check it out. Wow, wow, wow! My vintage loving heart was so happy-- I was able to get Power Rangers memorabilia for my brother who is an avid collector and Pokémon TCG singles and packs for myself all in one go. My husband was also able to pick up a comic to add to his new collection, which the store seems to have a wide selection of! The owner was so kind (and patient ringing up all of our single cards lol!) and we could tell really values the spirit of collecting. 10/10 would recommend and this will be a regular stop for me and my husband!

This is hands down the best card and tabletop store I’ve been to. It’s family and beginner friendly, but also has tons of knowledge and support for more serious TCG players. I came in with my son looking for Magic and Pokémon cards, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Andrew was super polite and took the time to walk me through building my first Magic deck, which made me feel a lot more comfortable as a new player. Emily was amazing with my son, she answered all of his questions about the upcoming set and even showed him some vintage cards that I remembered from when I was a kid. That was a really cool moment for both of us. We also found out they host friendly tournaments on Sundays, so I’m excited to bring my son back and share this hobby with him. Between the great selection, welcoming environment, and genuinely friendly staff, I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re into Magic, Pokémon, or tabletop games at all, do yourself a favor and check it out!
This card shop has become a weekly visit for me and my 4 year old son, and the staff at Northstar Games have gone above and beyond in helping to grow my son's interest in Pokemon. Andrew has been awesome since our very first visit and has always helped us feel welcome in the store, even though we aren't at a point where we are participating in any of their gameplay nights. They've definitely earned our loyalty, and I look forward to continuing to visit with my son for many years to come. Can't recommend this store enough!
It's so great having a local game store! The owners are so friendly and fun to talk with! They are well informed of current and popular gaming and hobby trends. Their prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back and soon! We had fun putting pieces in the community puzzle. There are plenty of tables for playing games. You can bring your own or borrow one from their game shelf.
