The prices are great, the variety of nerdy things and card games is huge, and they are super great with the clueless shopping ("uh, my 9yo nephew likes Pokémon") and my 3yo looking at every funko pop figure. I appreciate the consistency in events they are offering folks with plenty of times to join DnD, MTG, or other multi-player games.

The also support the kids and donate to the local Card club for kids as well as give store credit to kids under 18 every semester for A's, B:s and C's! 10/10 do recommend.
The store employees are super friendly both on the phone and in person. They have a variety of products for different types of collectors. But my favorite is the variety of Pokemon products they have and their singles to help you complete your collection. And I was super satisfied with the release of Black Bolt and White Flare, along with the amazing card I pulled from the binder collection!
Unbound has by far become the best local card shop here in Colorado Springs (and even Denver in my opinion). They are always making moves to get sealed product in and always have a great selection available at all times between both vintage and modern. They also have several glass cases with a huge variety of single cards, and if you can’t find what you’re looking for in the cases they have several binders with even more of a selection! They are very honest with pricing and always seem to be a little bit below market price which is amazing nowadays. None of the other card shops near them even come close to their selection or pricing. Every employee I’ve dealt with there has always been amazing with customer service- especially James. He’s always super nice, helpful and looks everywhere to find whatever card(s) you’re there looking for. The owner has also been awesome anytime I’ve interacted with him! 100/10 recommend Unbound over anywhere else in town!

The community that revolves around this store is welcoming, friendly, and usually up for a match; when time permits. If you can't find support for your game group elsewhere, they may have free space and time to spare if you only ask- and bring your friends! This place is more than a store. It is a wellspring of good humor in dark times, a place to find friends amidst strangers, and a source of comfort if you have need of it. The manager, Gabriel, is always friendly and professional in his dealings with customers and coworkers alike. His knowledge of the shop and ability to multi-task are significant contributors to the welcoming atmosphere.
