I am busy mon- fri and pre ordered an ETB that didn't come til this week. Not their fault but come by today and an events going on so I can't even pick up what I paid for. Now I have to wait another week to get it. Just a frustrating experience. The guy usually here is great though. Still choose this over Hill Top where they screw customers over

The first time I went here I had a great experience, the gentleman in the store was knowledgeable and helpful, and he even had a few of the pokemon cards I've been looking for. However, I've tried to go back twice since and both times the place has been locked tight with nobody there during their posted business hours. Tough to make sales if you don't open when you say you'll be open...
