Bought a game from them that didn't work. Returned it(for store credit only) because it didn't work. They didn't have anything in store I wanted but another store 30min away did. Drove 30 min got a game on store credit and then bought another game that I had been looking for. Got home and found out they sell cartridges that have been modified that don't work. 4 games from 2 stores and 2 games that don't work.. why would I want store credit at this point? It's a 50/50 chance the game is going to work. The people are nice but test the games to ensure quality. 2 stars for the customer service. I'd give it 0 for quality assurance. Come on it take 2min to plug a cartridge in and test it before you throw it in your case. The people that own the stores reached out and are making things right. I appreciate that they are doing everything they can. I'd still shop at either location.
Stopped in on our way through town and had excellent service. Both ladies working were very knowledgeable and kind. Large selection of games, vinyls, funko pops, game consoles and misc other items with fair prices. Would definitely stop in again while in the area.
Was worth the hour drive from where I live. Fugitive has a great selection of Funko pops and rare exclusive grails that are a must have for a collector. Was very happy with they're customer service from the employee’s while shopping there. Will definitely be back there

As one of the leaders of Summit’s Crown, our local Beyblade club in Akron, and part of the wider Black Crescent Community in Ohio, I just want to express how grateful we are to Full Grip Games. For the past 7 months, they’ve consistently welcomed us in with open arms—setting aside one or two Saturdays each month and sharing their space with us. Beyblade can be a loud and energetic game, but they’ve never once complained. We share the space with other players and spectators, and it’s always been a positive, respectful atmosphere. I first reached out to them out of the blue in December, and they didn’t hesitate—they just said, “Let’s do it.” Thanks to their support, our small group has grown into a recognized presence in the area. We wouldn’t be where we are without them. On top of that, their selection of imported Pokémon products from Japan is genuinely impressive. Nobody else has what they have.

The owners and staff are amazing and welcoming! I have gone many times and plan to go even more. They have all your nerdy needs including comics but also extending to Funko pops, gameboards, vintage or old games, pokemon cards, movies, console games, figurines, posters, etc. Could not recommend more, SO glad they came to Plymouth! 🎉☺️
Stopped in from out of town at this card shop and was impressed with the variety of Pokemon singles! Pricing was extremely fair and the shop owner was extremely nice and personable. The axolotl employees on shift were also lovely. Would recommend this place if you’re local to play as the atmosphere is great, and worth stopping in if you’re just looking for a good selection of cards to finish off a set.
Experience is the most nostalgic. I love visiting this store. Always makes me feel like a kid again. Especially where their inventory is stocked with almost all of your retro gaming needs. Definitely a place to go. I even like the addition of them being a record store/skate shop, too. If it comes to mind, then you definitely have to give G2K Games a visit.
Some stuff is great on prices and some of it is not. I was looking for some game cube games. They had a couple but you have to look up your own price on their kiosk. While 2 guys were over there, doing nothing and I tried to ask them to help me. Cuz , i'm not very great with looking up stuff on a computer. They did not help me. All they kept talking about was cards and we're just standing there. So when I did finally find the price , I said I like to get those two games cause they're $8.99 each on the computer says it is. So they took both games up there and told me they were going to cost over $38 and I said so should be around $20 something because of actually taxes, he said no. No, those are loose copies with no books Or no boxes for that price. So I just told them to keep the games and I walked out. They've got to learn to be better on pricing and actually help people rather than talking about cards and not helping the customers. God I hate being one of those people that complain but they've got to do better.
