I went to their booth at NYCC 2022 and was blown away at their reasonable prices. Ended up buying around 10 pops from them. The employees were very patient and helpful as well. I look foreward to buying from them in the future!!!! :)

They made it right! I placed an online order for a Hello Kitty wallet and received the wrong merchandise. I emailed their customer service & promptly received an apology for their error and promise to send the item I had ordered. I quickly received the correct merchandise and am so pleased with its quality. Responsive communication and excellent customer service.
