Few local places offer the sense of community Turnbuckle is providing Rockcastle. The employees are funny, knowledgeable, and kind. The prices are great, the variety of nerdy things and card games is huge, and they are super great with the clueless shopping ("uh, my 9yo nephew likes Pokémon") and my 3yo looking at every funko pop figure. I appreciate the consistency in events they are offering folks with plenty of times to join DnD, MTG, or other multi-player games.

Pros: Pretty good shop. Good dollar bins. Decent selection of higher value cards on the walls and in cases. Cons: As some of the negative reviews point out, do not bother trying to sell your collection here unless you really need some cash and do not really care if you are getting fair market value.

my new favorite shop in leadville! the owner was so nice and has an incredible collection of historical artifacts, as well as an excellent selection of books! you can easily spend an hour in there looking at all the cool museum quality displays and browsing all the books. i bought a john muir book i had been eyeing for a few years now—support this business! (they also have stickers/pins/etc).
A super shop. Here visiting the area. I always check out local game shops. This shop may be small in size but it is huge on selection and super friendly service. When I visit they're again this is 100% must stop in. Big bonus they carry Reaper miniatures. One of my favorite and they have lots of them plus lots of cool dice as well.
