Incredible selection of cards and sports memorabilia!!! Troy and Sheila are the nicest, most honest, fair, knowledgeable couple, ever!!! It is amazing how they desire for their customers/collectors to enjoy and, gain from the hobby, as much as they do!!! I don't know how we ever got so fortunate to have them, and their shop, in Galax, but I certainly am glad they are here, our community family!!!

Tap N Roll is hands down one of the best local game stores in the area. The store is always clean and well-organized, which makes browsing a pleasure. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to accommodate whatever you need—whether you’re a new player or a seasoned one. Their selection of Magic products is excellent, with plenty of sealed product, bulk cards, and singles to choose from. They also run great sealed and draft events that are well-organized and fun, creating a welcoming and competitive community environment. Whether you’re stopping by to pick up cards or looking for a great place to play, Tap N Roll delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend!

Our family is so excited about the new store! Not only is the owner kind, amazing, and knowledgeable but the products are amazing as well! Serving gamers since 2000 in Staunton, Virginia — built on decades of convention hustle by founders Harry and Susan Shiflett, who spent the 1980s and 90s bringing games up and down the East Coast. From a single convention table to a full brick-and-mortar, The Dragon’s Hoard is a community hub with one of the most diverse selections in the region. The Dragon’s Hoard has been serving gamers since 2000, when our doors first opened in Staunton, Virginia. But our story began long before then. Harry and Susan Shiflett were traveling up and down the East Coast as early as the 1980s, bringing tabletop roleplaying games and accessories to conventions and building a reputation for passion, expertise, and a love of gaming that continues to this day.

Very friendly people and a great place to have your game. Their game masters are fantastic, full of life and creative! Also a good place to support local business with your RPG gaming shopping. I go to open board game night on Fridays where people bring new games or play from the stock on hand.
