We just visited cosmic cards for the first time and I will guarantee you that will not be my last visit! That store is my childhood dream! Joey and Big D are awesome and we really enjoyed talking to them and learning more about Pokémon cards. So many card shops ignore woman and they really made my fiancé feel comfortable. It was a great experience! You guys do trading cards right! Thank you so much! I already can't wait for our next visit!
We were in town for a visit home and ran to the mall for something completely unrelated to collectibles. When walking by Cosmic Cards and Collectibles, there was a full size Yoda just staring at me. I talked to Will, who was gracious with his time, and told me about the Yoda prop. The next day, I became the proud new owner of Yoda, and could not be happier. Will was great and gave me some insights into Star Wars trading cards and guided me to a product that cost less than the box I was looking at because he could tell what kind of collector I am. This is a great store to visit for your cards and collectible wants and needs. Fair pricing, great selection and outstanding staff!

They also have a Tech Repair Guy behind the counter that has an AMAZING head of hair that you’ll just want to stare at for hours. I have been coming here for almost two years now, and it’s already starting to feel like when Norm walks into Cheers! I love this place, and I don’t go anywhere else for my TTRPG needs.
Cosmic Heroes is an incredible place! They have an amazing selection of cards, and I always find exactly what I’m looking for, especially their impressive Pokémon stock. Paul and Joey are truly fantastic—they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help make your day better. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. If you're into trading cards, Cosmic Heroes is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

We went to check out the new store and I don’t think I will buy another game online. The prices are great and selection was impressive. We look forward to coming back to learn a game we have but was too complicated to learn on our own. We appreciate it stays open later and offers something to do in town.
I’ve been to many card shops and this is one of the only places where they have a lot of people and community playing the games and doing the tournaments. I like the sense of community that this place has, the only thing that was a turn off was that the owner was yelling at her own staff but I understand that employees make mistakes. It’s unprofessional to treat your staff like that, especially in front of children might be best to pull the associate aside and take them to the back to conversate. Other than that, it’s a nice place probably needs some more cleaning or renovating the floors in the front need something to cover them. They had a good selection of items the pokemon card sleeves were a little pricey though. The cat is a nice touch.

I'm from Florida, so the trading card shops are pretty small-- but there's quite a few of them around my town. I tried finding as many Rochester TCG shops as I could to not much luck. I was super nervous only going to a single TCG shop, but I genuinely believe it's worth the visit. Even more so if you're looking for quality choices and in larger quantities. Me and my fiancé have been dying to find a few specific Pokemon cards in Florida with zero luck. We found almost all of them on our first visit! I definitely think if you're into Pikachu cards, you MUST come here. If you know, you know!
