I haven’t had the chance to visit the store in person yet, but I’ve dealt with one of the owners and I have to give credit where it’s due. When I was new to the collecting scene, he was honest, informative, and took the time to educate me on how the TCG world works. He pointed out what to watch for and how to avoid getting taken advantage of. I’ve done multiple deals with him since, and I can confidently recommend this shop and anything connected to it.

Been watching this shop grow online for a few years now and finally got to stop in and shop after driving all the way from California. The experience was absolutely amazing. Great selection, Great prices, and best of all the customer experience from Ethan and his family. You get the feeling like you’ve been in the shop numerous times, even though it’s your first time. You’re treated like family. I can’t wait for the next time I get to visit Wthan and his shop. If you are at all into sports cards. Definitely make this a must see shop.
My son and I have been a few times now and we both love it. The owners are absolutely amazing, both professionally & on a personable level. They are more than happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have. Gamers themselves, they share the same passion as I do (and that is beginning to develope in my son). Patient and understanding of "superstitions" some of us have when it comes to picking just the right thing, they don't make you feel rushed in the slightest. The space itself is perfectly set up for games if all types. They have a table dedicated to Warhammer 40K games, multiple tables for Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, Dungeons & Dragons and more. Drafts, learn to play days, release day events & themed events are all bonuses that keep things moving and help to draw in the community. They are forthcoming if they don't have something in yet/ in stock and are amazing at letting you know when it should be in (and if you connect with them on Facebook or their Discord server they can let you know when it comes in). Speaking of Discord, the community there is great as well, a testament to the physical shop and the community they are building there. If you are in need of something specific or just curious about a new Table Top game, & you're in the area they should absolutely be your first stop. Swing by, talk a while and see for yourself what makes this place so great!

This game store is amazing! Every time I go to a new city/town, the first thing I do is look up the local game shop. I was greeted with friendly smiles and great customer service. I purchased several games and the owners made sure I had a great experience and I will always remember this shop! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
By far the best toy store around. They have so many options and something for boys and girls of any age. They have a large selection and when looking you are sure to find something for your child that they will absolutely love. Besides the bountiful toy selection, what brings me back consistently is the service. The owners are the most gracious people to deal with always giving you their undivided attention to make sure you get the best for your kids. Furthermore they are just pleasant people. The service from regular employees is impeccable. They always go the extra mile; and will help wrap gifts too which is huge as I stink at wrapping. The vast majority of all toys I buy is from Evans and will continue to do so for ever. I implore all who haven't been to come to this hidden gem.
We really enjoyed the games and environment here! I took some kids on an adventure to a train ride and had some extra time around in the early afternoon. Out of curiosity we went into the quiet game cafe. It was conveniently right across from the Metra. It was a superb bonus to our day! There weren't too many games for these little people that can't read but the games suggested were great and we adjusted games as needed.

Went this morning, July 21. The store had everything you could want, without all the clutter you don’t want. The girl working was so friendly and helpful. It is rare to find people like that now-a-days. She even mentioned that there is a sister store close by if there was any certain items I couldn’t find, and she would check there. The quality of products was very good, and not just cheap t-shirts, cheaply made. Local artists were behind almost everything. This was an all-in-one stop. They had a great selection of kids items too, with fully stocked clothing for them. Everything I looked at had every size in stock! Great store + great service = spend more. Fantastic store here!
