The largest puzzle store in San Francisco. 75 pieces - 3,000 pieces. I never had an interest in puzzles until COVID, & now I'm hooked, thanks to Big Puzzle. But wait, there's more. Lots of popular games that I've never heard of- but go to the back of the store on Saturdays & you'll find tables full of adult men playing them. The guys working there are super friendly & helpful. They really know the inventory. I've seen loads of parents taking their kids to find a family game as well. What a great place to find a gift. Support local!

The shop is fully equipped with the latest card games and offers tournaments for all popular TCG games. The owner is very friendly and always tries his best to satisfy his customers. The vibe is amazing and it’s easy and fun to make new friends there by exploring your favourite hobby! I would recommend it to anyone new to the city or to someone who loves board games ☺️
Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst card shop I have ever been to in terms of customer service and insane attitude issues. I’m just seeing negative review upon negative review about the shop owner and I feel sorry for every person that’s tried to do business with them. They are extremely rude, have 0 patience, and lowball your cards or any products you’re trying to sell them to extremes. I will not be coming back. The terrible attitude from the business OWNER is the reason I will not ever be coming back and why I didn’t even end up purchasing anything. If you want your customers to buy your product at least do your job at not treating them like trash. Clearly this business does not value their customers. I have a lot of friends I will be telling to steer clear of this horrible place of business. Never had such a bad experience leaving me with such a sour taste in my mouth.

One of our favorite card shop for Pokemon. Staffs/owner are helpful and friendly to children. We found lot of gem here💎💎💎 Price tag is clearly mark on the raw card and the slab, I think that really helps for the buyers/staffs for saving some time.👍 Store is clean and neat!👍 Good selection&Great deal for Pokemon TCG product👍

Came in to buy a cardboard box to store our football cards but we were impressed with their card selection. They had a great selection of card packs and were very organized. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
