Rating here because it’s the closest location to me (still 2 hours away). I ordered on the Shop app because the store was suggested to me and I was really excited to see what they had to offer. I have been on a bit of a Marvel Rivals kick and didn’t know they made comics for it as well so I had to at least get a couple. What the shop app didn’t tell me, was that most of my order was a preorder. I emailed the company directly after getting the confirmation email and wanted to see if anything I ordered was actually a preorder. I got a response probably only an hour or so later giving me the info with each item broken down and when the actual ship date would be. Upon learning this, I was directed to their actual website and advised to “purchase” (it’s $0.00 but it’s still considered an order) the Ship Now option. While on their actual website I discovered a board game I’ve been hunting for for years and grabbed that as well. I emailed the woman back and let her know I got the ship now option and hopefully they could all just come together to save them packaging. And boy oh boy did they deliver. It just arrived. I have never bought comics before online and have anly seen the state of them in local shops closer to my area and I was extremely surprised to see how amazingly well packaged everything was. Each individual comic book bagged and boarded beautifully. Tied together between perfectly sized cardboard sheets and taped up safely, and THEN wrapped in ANOTHER perfectly comic sized cardboard box then wrapped up with packing paper. I am thoroughly grateful for the effort and care this company puts into their products being kept safe and the sheer attention to detail they put into their entire process I had with them. TL/DR: I will 100% be planning a day trip to come visit the store in person and cannot wait to receive my preorders as well. I will be suggesting this company to everyone I know.
