Honestly, I walked in with low expectations, half-expecting a situation where I’d be taken advantage of—especially since I made the rookie mistake of admitting I had no idea what any of it was worth. He took the time to educate me about the industry, broke down the real costs of certification and authentication, and ultimately told me that selling it to him wouldn’t be in my best interest. He literally talked me out of giving him my business because it wasn’t the right move for me. That level of character and professionalism is incredibly rare these days. In a world where too many people are just trying to make a quick buck, this experience was genuinely refreshing. It completely shattered the stereotype I had about places that deal in collectibles.
