This place, while having decent prices on Magic, is usually staffed by gruff personnel that act like you’re lucky they’re willing to help you. I’m permanently taking my business elsewhere and just buying online if I have no other options.

1. Setting: Every single time I have been it has always been a mess. A few years ago, they would allow people to go through bulk. Now they have bulk stacked up on their counters and at least half of all of their tables every day, and no one is allowed to touch it. If you do, they will snip at you and say you’re not allowed to. Their tables are the cheap plastic ones; they get the job done. The issue I’ve had is their chairs. It seems like they’ve never been replaced, and every chair is cracked or broken in some way. It’s simple, cheap plastic Walmart chairs. The building itself smells like mildew, which I get is hard to deal with, but at this point, the air is literally thicker in there. 2. Staff: They really seem like they don’t want to be there. Not a single employee seems to be excited or even happy. They seem like helping you is a chore, or they are too busy to walk across the store to grab something for you. My husband went there for singles after not going for a month, and when he asked for them, they snipped at him, saying, “Just order it online through our Facebook page”. There were a few other interactions with a specific employee, but I'm unsure if she is still there. From what my friends and the community told me, she was awful and got fired. I can’t speak much about the price personally, i've given up on my points completely. Whats the point of even having points if you can't use them for things you want anyway.
All in all it's a decent store. I'm almost 1k spent there over the years. It's one of the only places I can get something constantly especially with the scalper issues around pokemon. It is kind of grungy, and the staff are not exactly "friendly" just more compliant and trying to get you in and out. The young black guy that works there is super nice, and will chat you up and still has a passion. The owner is nice enough but I can tell, bro is completely burnt out on the hobby, his wife is very nice and not saying he isn't, it's just very obvious his passion has soured. I hope them the best and I think by organizing the bulk/clutter into cabinets, cleaning the bathroom, and getting rid of the storage in there, shampooing the carpets and setting up a air purifier and air fresheners it could help take some of the negative connotation about the store away from the casual walk in. Best of luck!
