A friend recommended this store to me as a place to find good board games. Comics make up the majority of their inventory, but I was extremely impressed with their selection of games. Games like Risk, Sorry, and Monopoly were found alongside titles that I had never heard of. There were even Lincoln Logs! I was able to sell a lesser-known board game there. The proprietor was kind and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price for the game and proceeded to price it reasonably for whoever buys it. Anybody that enjoys family-friendly games can get two or three gems for under $20. New and used games are found at this store. Festus and Crystal City has needed a place like this. It is one of the best stores on Main Street. Everyone in Jefferson County should check it out.
I love board games. I went to the comic store to see if they have a D&D game night and was asked to play a different game with some employees and regulars. We played through the game a couple of times. I had a great time and really enjoyed the staff’s enthusiasm for games. Please support this local shop.
Ah, a great comic store. They have a pull service, discount for catalog orders, a nice selection of back issues and trades and they are always running sales. The owners are friendly, outgoing and love to talk with the customers. Though I'm not a card gamer, they have a large play area for those that enjoy it. I can say without hesitation this is the best shop south of St. Louis.
