My daughter has gotten really into Pokémon lately, and we have visited a few shops. Alpha is by far the most welcoming and eager to help. We love the atmosphere and the staff. All levels of players seem to frequent the shop, and there hasn't been anything we have asked for that they didn't have. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase, and there are multiple tournaments weekly. The owner and staff are top notch!
