I just left here, and here I am writing a review. It's very rare to find and receive what type of customer service and all around friendly communication as I did meeting Rob. We just moved to the area and although I myself did not require any watch repair services as I looked around I couldn't help but to notice how Rob actually connected with other customers coming in. I found these guys on Facebook and came in for my new saber, Not only was there a great selection of everything I didn't even know was possible for these things. Rob really made sure that I knew exactly what I was getting and explained everything perfectly. I'm sitting in my car right now about to leave and I felt the need at the least leave this review. Again I'm new to the area so I haven't met many new faces, upon talking to Rob and having the conversation regarding my saber collection as well as seeing and hearing his interactions with other customers it's like I left there with a new friend. Easily understandable why this place has five stars. Thank you, thank you 😊
I have a vintage watch that has been broken for years. I have tried a few other places over the years and I was told it can’t be fixed. Because it holds sentimental value to me I brought it to Rob to see what he could do. I am so happy to report he fixed it!!! He is amazing at what he does, a true master at his craft. He will go above and beyond to find a solution. Thank you Rob for making my day!
The force was with me for star wars night! Almost everyone asked where I got my saber if it was ultra sabers etc. Couldn't help myself but show off all the extra features these have vs the ones you can buy at disney, the app comes in handy as well! Customer for life! Love how the blade is set in by set screws, super sturdy no wiggle vs (disney) how the blade has to click in and connect making it super wiggly..
