The employee Crystal is so freaking awesome dude! her support while browsing through anime world was really great she helped me figure out what to get for myself and gifts for my friends. Thankfully i wasn’t too lost considering it was my first time in the store thanks to her lol but i definitely will be coming back and would recommend to get something from here! Love the effort Crystal has with her customer service!
Staff doesn’t know to to repackage their figures and just shoved the items into the box and didn’t disclose that pieces of the item were broken. Took before and after photos of how they packaged it and how I repackaged it so it would fit better.
