Everyone at Arrowhead was absolutely incredible! Being my first RV, I was full of lots of questions and unknowns, and everyone was extremely patient with me. Jason (The owner or one of the owners) created an hour and a half long video personalized to my RV showing me the various systems, how they work, explaining maintenance items and providing a general overview. I can’t stress how helpful this is as it’s an information overload especially when someone is new to the RV world. I will be able to refer to this video in the months and years ahead and it is great start to learning important things specific to my RV, as opposed to simply general RV information. They are a family run business that seems to truly have their customers interest at heart, and I am so grateful that I came across them. I highly recommend Arrowhead!
