Not sure if they know or not, but their pokemon vendor is giving them re-sealed boxes. The outside wraps look perfectly fine, but the packs themselves are the most shoddy, sloppy seals I've ever seen. Highly upset. Staff was friendly, just not a reliable pokemon source.

I made an order online which they canceled the next day. I called the physical store and asked them what happened. They took my information and said the person in charge of the online store would call me within an hour. I never heard anything so I ordered again thinking it was a mistake. After it got canceled again I made another phone call and sent an email, both times leaving the necessary information. No response. Terrible customer service.
