I recently purchased a PS4 paddle at this place, not realizing it was a wired controller. I went in about 6 days later to trade it in for a wireless controller. I had the purchase receipt. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude, telling me there's nothing wrong with it, so he can't replace it with anything. No store credit, not another paddle. Nothing. I do not recommend this place of business, as they are very rude to customers. I had not even opened the controller I had bought. It was never removed from the package. Horrible service, horrible staff.
Friendly staff and a good selection of products from retro video games and DVDs to board games, TTRPGs, and most important to me, TCGs (many singles, AND sealed products for numerous games).
