I love that the focus of this store wasn't knick knacks but the actual material. A great variety of graphic novels. And lots of comics, they have the new releases as well as old, even some bundles of arcs for different series at all reasonable prices. Loved it, I visited it from out of town and if I'm in Santa Fe again sometime, I will definitely be checking it out.
Friendly, well organized shop stocks a nice mix of your typical super hero stuff and more independent books from people like the Hernandez Bros., Clowes etc. in the “wine and cheese” section. Also has good back issue bins - including stuff like Heavy Metal, wizard, etc. I bought a Frazetta book I’d been looking for. Good place.
What a beautiful, welcoming, well stocked, relaxing comic book shop; staffed by friendly, knowledgeable enthusiasts. This is what all comic stores should aspire to be like.
