Whenever I travel I like to see what the local game stores are like. Black Rose Gaming had a wonderful selection of Magic and Pokemon products for very reasonable prices. The space was a little cramped but that did not take away from the well stocked displays and neatly organized singles. The staff were polite and very helpful. If I’m ever in town again I’ll definitely be back.

Black Rose Gaming has a very nice card shop and the folks that run the store are down to earth and make these hobbies fun! My daughter’s birthday was yesterday and she’s collecting Pokémon cards and the gentleman running the shop was very kind and helped her out with getting a pack she had been looking for. We’ll definitely be back to the shop frequently! Thanks for all you do!

For someone who usually stays at home and plays home games with friends, this place is a breath of fresh air. I’ve been in the store several times now, each time the staff is super friendly and helpful! They work adamantly to create a friendly environment and anytime I have a question they are super quick with a helpful response! I recently turned in a lot of old cards in for store credit and that experience locked me in as a forever customer - they were super professional and timely in walking me through the entire process AND were very transparent about the value and condition of my turn-ins. Never once did I feel strong-armed into giving up anything I didn’t want to release from my collection. Fun, friendly, and fair people at Black Rose!!!!!

I can’t speak highly enough about this shop. The staff is top notch and the gaming community steps right in with them. There’s always a great selection of stock across various games. There are hosted events happening every day of the week as well as spontaneous games that are almost always available with regular customers. Prices are the best in the area when it comes to buying and selling, and their rewards program pays off incredibly. I have personally earned multiple booster boxes of Magic sets in the rewards that I have built up. If you’re looking to dip your toe into the hobby or dive head first, Black Rose is a great pool to swim in.
