The bad reviews are kind of killing me, so as a frequent customer, I'll put my own opinions here. This shop is great for Magic the Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons, but things like Pokemon packs are marked up beyond belief. It could be to scare off the scalpers, but I'm not paying $95 for a Surging Sparks ETB when only a few months ago they sold for around $65. Better off going to the Smith's Pokemon card vending machine at the crack of dawn for those. Staff are friendly, board games have a nice variety, though I feel like they have been kind of slacking lately, not just in the Pokemon aspect. (The Pokemon aspect is reasonable, anyway.)

We’ve enjoyed shopping for board games here in the past, but my recent visit was a downer. I walked in, hoping for their expertise on Pokémon cards I’m considering selling and getting rated. The guy working shot me down very quickly. He was short with me, and rude. Before I went in I was eating lunch in my car and I saw him doing laps around the store. He obviously wasn’t busy. Even if they don’t look at cards, there are many ways he could have been more polite and kind.
Never had issues with poor service or discussion, and have always found what I needed or been given direction to where I can. Have always had phenomenal service. My only complaint is that Google Maps says it opens at 12, the B&B website says they open at 11:30, but in practice it's iffy on whether they are open at any of those times. Could just be I've been unlucky and come by on multiple abnormal days, but that's my experience, perhaps it's different to others.
