Breaker Brothers Trading Card Vending Machine

I had a very pleasant experience at the Apple Blossom location, especially the services provided by Luke. He was very helpful and gave excellent service. The price is fair and lots of good cards to choose from. Because of his services I will visit the machine at Winchester location again and again.

Great selection always! Outstanding customer service from their CEO Luke as well. Had a set not fall properly in the vending machine and he was quick to respond with multiple options as a solution. Highly recommended trying out their product!

I encourage anyone to not use this company. Instead use your local card shops or even 2nd hand vendors. I used one of their kiosks to purchase an item for 32.50. There was only one of this item, yet they charged my card twice for 32.50. I have tried contacting their customer service number numerous times and it’s just a normal cell phone voice mail. They do not answer or return my calls. I sent an email with the proof of the double charge to their customer service email and no reply. This is a shame because I like the idea and ease of their machines even if it’s a little more cost, but to not stand my their equipment and chest their customers is a no go. It’s a shame because I’m sure they would have made much much more from me then the 32.50 they double charged me. Customer service goes a long way and seems this company doesn’t stand by their product or customers.
