C4 Entertainment Clarksville

Recently came here and sold my old Pokémon cards. Was offered a fair price. Overall experience was great. The store owner was very clear and consistent with grading and price. I would recommend this shop for buying and selling tcg singles.

First and last time shopping here. I bought several comics and 2 games or so I thought… I got home and realized there was an additional game in my bag that I had not intended to purchase. I called the store and let them know and said I’d be happy to bring it right back as it was a mistake and it was a game I did not I tend to buy, no big deal it happens. They told me it was my fault for not communicating better and for not double checking my bag before I left. When I explained to her again that I never wanted to buy this game, it was put with my sale by mistake, she continued to say regardless of whose fault it is I’m stuck w the game or can exchange in 72 hours. but there weren’t any others there I wanted, as I had just purchased what I did want. Lesson learned for me; I will be more careful when checking my receipt from now on, and I will not be shopping there again. Ya know, it was the sales girls mistake and it wasn’t that big of a deal…. It could have been easily handled but instead she wants to puff up. If they are that desperate for sales, good luck to them.
