These guys are great honestly. I always come here and I'll never stop. I appreciate the owners and all the time. They took to answer any questions. I had and helped me get my cards graded.
Mike, an older gentleman, was completely unhelpful—he couldn’t provide prices and seemed out of it. I visited twice, only to find the store closed with no updates. My wife and I spent four hours carefully selecting more affordable cards, only to be told that Mike couldn’t give me a price and that the owner would call me back in a week. I followed up three times, only to be ignored. Finally, eight days later, I called again, and Mike told me they had put all the cards back. I had previously made an offer of $300—maybe they thought it was too low, but why not at least counter? Instead, they wasted our time. When I told Mike I would leave this review, his response was, “Do it, and we will deal with you.” A physical threat now? Really? This entire experience was a disorganized mess. If you don’t want to sell, just say so instead of leading customers on.
I have no idea what their open hours are. I arrived at 2:30 PM on a Monday and they weren’t open. On the window their posted hours are 9:30 to 5:30. If that’s supposed to mean 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM then it would be helpful to specify that on their posted times and update them on Google as well so others don’t waste their time driving out here.
