Store is trash. Never purchase from J Dole, Matt or CardRush. They won't hesitate for a moment to scam you, because none of these people are decent human beings. I ordered a $1,000 package (a full sealed case of JUHU from Yu-Gi-Oh) only for them commit fraud intentionally by sending me the wrong product and I have had to resort to calling the police, PayPal, tcgplayer and the shop directly. Do not do business with this shop, they deserve to close down. You should be ashamed of yourselves. ***UPDATE***9/20/2025 An investigation of fraud has been launched on the business by a private American fraud abuse company. Again, I suggest everyone stay away from this store.

I purchased a $1400 Final Fantasy Collector Booster Box from "Card Rush" and was sold a box with all the collector cards removed. These photos and video are just a sample of my evidence. Card Rush knowingly participated in opening sealed product, removing valuables, and attempted to reseal the product and sell to customers as sealed. Do not trust this company. They are known SCAMMERS, COWARDS, and SCUMBAGS. I called and spoke with someone and when I asked the employee about the situation, he said he "doesn't really pay attention" to know if the company holds these practices. Update: I ended up getting a hold of Mr. Dole himself on the phone. He talked a lot. He seemed genuine in some things. I believe there are difficulties when running a card business as big as his might be, but there is no excuse to resell a returned collector booster box that has clearly been tampered with. IF that is the case. Another thing to consider is that it took too many days for the collector booster to be shipped to me after I ordered it, which makes me think an employee took the cards out and spent a couple days working on resealing it. Whatever the reason might be, if you don't want this to come back on your business, do not sell a $1400 collector's item that you do not confirm and verify through management as legit.

I am new to collecting and playing Magic the Gathering, I ordered a final fantasy commander bundle from here and one of the boxes were missing the 2 card sample booster pack that was suppose to be inside (manufacturer error). I reached out to see if there was anything that could be done. Even though it was a manufacturer error their support went above and beyond. Not sure why they have bad reviews on google, they clearly care about their customers. They didnt need to do anything for me but they made it right anyway and I appreciate it.
