Card Shop Santa Clara

I went there for a tournament. I asked where I can register one of the staff member was rude said that why I should put your name in the in the registration. Very rude and disrespectful that is the reason I never went back to that place. Because of that rudeness i lost my mood to play competitively. I drove an hour just to play and get greet by a rude staff!!

Staff was so helpful and friendly. A dedicated card shop with plenty of gaming space and where the employees really know they're stuff. Helped me customize my first commander deck.

The guy who runs the draft events is very rude. I asked him if he happened to know where my opponent was since the match already started and he told me "he wasn't his babysitter". Then after the game I left one of my decks behind. When I approached him to ask if it was turned into the shop. He just rolled his eyes at me and very frustratingly said "well, can you explain it?". I mean I'm grateful they have a lost and found but the dude needs a new attitude, I'm not sure who hurt him.
