Cards of Ruin

I had gone Tuesday to try and trade some cards in, first time doing so I have no experience and no knowledge and this place seemed like a good place to do it, new employee was there and he called the owner about the trade in and owner said to leave the cards over night and he would get ahold of of me with the value and what he offered, Wednesday comes and he texts me the value for 15 cards 139 and his stored did 50%, which comes to 69.50, my intention was to trade for a booster box which was 180, tried to make a deal and give him 100 he said no, ok that’s fine I decided to take my cards back he texts me that I could pick them up Thursday, Thursday comes and around 440ish and I asked his employee for my cards and gave him my name well this is where things got interesting, employee couldn’t find the my cards I stood there respectfully and even let many customers(kids) that were waiting to be helped get helped as the employee looked everywhere for the cards and no luck, finally the owner shows up to help look for them and no luck either and mind you I’ve been waiting for over 20 min, the owner than says well I’m sorry for your first experience here and I’ll I can do is take your offer which was a 100 for the box, no way he was offering me that deal when the cards he lost were valued 139 not 69.50 what he was offering, that really was upsetting to me that I felt low balled, well to finish up here he finally found the cards gave them to me didn’t say anything, he lost one of my top loaders and the condition of the rest were scratched up nothing like I had them prior, I left with a bad experience, my first and last at this place

4/24 Great place to come and play card or board games. Also has 4 large TVs for video games. Great place, would recommend coming inside to visit and check out all the trading cards and card games and more.
