Staff is friendly enough, but they really screwed up with pre-orders on this newest Pokemon set. Purchased a box close to 2 months ago and expected they'd have set aside pre-orders once receiving product from distributors. This is not what happened. It would seem that they didn't keep track of pre-orders at all, and ended up selling all their product in store instead of setting anything aside for those of us who paid in advance. It's extremely difficult for collectors like myself to get any product to open for fun, but I had hope in them and they unfortunately failed miserably. I was really excited when I found out there was a shop closer to my house, but I'll be buying from Ogden and Layton who have more practice and product to choose from. Got a refund, but to say I'm disappointed in the lack of planning is an understatement.
