I’ve never really written reviews before, however, after my experience with Carlsbad Gaming PC I felt like I had to write one for the amazing service and PC build I received. As someone who was new to PC gaming, I was nervous and a little lost where to start in terms of what kind of PC I should be getting for the types of games and applications I was planning on using. Mark however helped walk me through everything and answered any questions I had. I could tell that Mark is not only an expert in his field, but also honest and truly wanted to help me achieve my dream PC without any unneeded bells and whistles. Also throughout the process Mark was prompt in answering my questions and periodically gave me updates throughout the build once we finalized what I was looking for. As for the final product, my PC has been running amazingly! I can play my games on high level graphics and without lag, and run applications with ease. Not only that, but the PC itself looks amazing! Super clean and I appreciate that they were able to build an all white PC that I was looking for. Shoutout to Gray for putting it together! Overall, whether you are a beginner PC gamer or someone who is looking to upgrade their PC, I highly recommend Carlsbad Gaming PC! I’ve already recommended their services to friends and family. It’s also nice to know that even though my build is finished, I can always reach out to Mark or Gray if I have any questions or concerns in the future. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer and should I ever need to upgrade my PC in the future, I know I will be going back to them.

Outstanding First PC Gaming Experience – Thanks to Mark and Gray! As a first-time PC gamer, I was honestly a bit overwhelmed walking into the world of custom computers. But after my experience shopping here, I can confidently say I made the best possible choice. From start to finish, the service and attention I received were absolutely top-notch. Mark at Carlsbad gaming PC helped me out more than any normal business owner would. I brought him a pc I built from another builder that was having issues with liquid cooling. Him and his team examined it, let me know all the issues and gave me two scenarios where he fixed it or we go the route where the other builder would buy it back. I went that route, not even knowing it was available, and had mark build me a better performing PC, for less, with more customization and I couldn’t be happier. I got out of a terrible situation that would have continually cost me money, and got in to a better situation where him and his team follow up with me periodically to make sure everything is still working the way it’s supposed to. I have, and will continue to preach this place to any and all friends interested in building a computer.
